Board of Advisors

1MDB has a three-tiered governance, comprising a Board of Advisors, a Board of Directors and a Senior Leadership Team.

Chairman

The Board of Advisors is chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak. He is also the Finance Minister.

Special Advisor

The Board has as Special Advisor, His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
