- An evaluation panel will review and assess your proposals
- If you are successful, you are required to file monthly progress reports
- On project completion, you will need to file a final project and financial report

- An Evaluation Panel will assess your application. You may be called in to present to the your proposal panel
- Dana Belia accepts proposal anytime during the fund’s life span
- Funding decisions will be made every quarter
