Badrul Hisham
Director, Corporate Finance
Badrul has spent over 18 years in financial services with local and international investment banks. He specialises in Project Financing and has worked on projects of various disciplines such as power, toll road, water and port. He has worked on various infrastructure deals in multiple jurisdictions. Badrul holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and a MBA in Finance from San Diego State University.

Lam Kong Chung (K.C.)
Director, Corporate Services
K.C. was with the Microsoft Premier Support team providing post-implementation support for several Ministries and government agencies in the e-Government initiatives. He had also developed market and security strategies across the various Business Groups and Market Segments for Microsoft Malaysia. Prior to joining 1MDB, K.C. was the Managing Director of the Malaysian branch of an international consultancy in business process optimisation.

Dennis See
Director, Corporate Social Responsibility
Dennis has 15 years in corporate communications and trade promotion for both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining 1MDB, he was the communications director of the National Economic Advisory Council and the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department. Dennis earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Knox College, Illinois, USA and Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the American University, Washington DC, USA.

Kelvin Tan
Director, Corporate Strategy
Kelvin has broad experience in a variety of multinational energy companies, both in Malaysia and internationally. He began his career in the Oil & Gas sector with Royal Dutch Shell. Prior to joining 1MDB, he was a strategy consultant for Accenture. Kelvin has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Norma Mohd Razalli
Director, Human Resource
Norma has 17 years in human resource management and operations management. She first taught the subject before managing human resource for multinational corporations in the IT industry, a leading food manufacturer and a public-listed telecommunication company. Prior to joining 1MDB, she was the HR Director of a premier banking group. Norma graduated with a Bachelor of Management Studies.

Koong Wai Seng
Director, Investments
Wai Seng has 17 years of financial management experience in a variety of industries including audit, financial advisory, hospitality, property development, property investment and construction. Prior to joining 1MDB, he was the Finance Director of a premier developer and construction group. Wai Seng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from University of Malaya, and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Vincent Koh
Director, Investments
Vincent has more than 10 years of experience in investment, strategy & business planning, business management and business development. He has worked directly and alongside with business owners, entrepreneurs and senior professional executive managers and held senior positions in those companies operating in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining 1MDB, he was the chief operating officer of a Kuala Lumpur-based private equity firm.

Robeatul Adawiah Mohd Redzwan
Director, Risk Management
Robeatul has more than 10 years’ experience in risk management, including addressing risk related to Islamic Banking. She has established core risk policies and managed risk in foreign exchange, money as well as derivatives markets. Prior to joining 1MDB, she was Head of Risk Management for a leading Islamic financial institution. Robeatul graduated with a Degree in Accountancy Studies from University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom.

Kelvin Low
Director, Treasury
Kelvin has 15 years of experience in the treasury markets gained from the banking and corporate treasury sectors. He brings with him vast knowledge in all aspects of treasury management including various fund-raising activities both locally and overseas. Prior to joining 1MDB, he was the Head of Group Treasury at a leading automotive manufacturer. Kelvin had his tertiary education in the UK, graduating from Essex University with a B.A and M.A in Economics.
